What to expect at your first visit.

Bring records
Recent imaging, pulmonary function tests, sleep studies, and a current medication list.

Plan 60 minutes
New-patient consultations include a thorough history, exam, and discussion of next steps.

Insurance & ID
Bring your insurance card and a government-issued photo ID. Most major plans accepted.
